Digital Products Notice
All items sold by Great Graaphics are intangible, digital assets. By purchasing and downloading our products, you acknowledge the irrevocable nature of these goods.
1. General No-Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of our digital products (including but not limited to vector files, templates, bundles, and themes), Great Graaphics maintains a strict No Refund policy.
Once an order is successfully processed and the digital file link is generated or accessed, the transaction is considered final. We cannot verify whether digital files have been utilized, copied, or stored after delivery. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
2. Eligible Exceptions
While our general policy prohibits refunds, we acknowledge that technical anomalies may occur. We will issue a refund or provide immediate resolution only under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Transactions
If your payment method was charged more than once for a single order due to a technical glitch, we will promptly refund the duplicate charge.
Non-Delivery of Product
If your payment is captured but our system fails to deliver the download link or email, and our team cannot resolve the delivery issue within 48 hours of your report.
3. Discretionary Refunds
In highly exceptional cases not outlined above, the Great Graaphics Management Team may review refund requests. Any such requests are evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis.
The decision to issue a refund outside of our standard eligible exceptions is at the sole and absolute discretion of Great Graaphics. The granting of a discretionary refund in one instance does not obligate us to grant a refund in future instances.
4. Requesting Assistance
If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, or if you are experiencing technical difficulties with your files, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
