Great Graaphics specializes in the distribution of premium digital assets, including graphic design templates, bundles, and themes. Upon the successful processing of your payment, our systems will automatically provision digital access to your purchased files.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the requisite software (e.g., CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator) required to open, edit, and utilize the files as stated on the product page.
Commercial Licensing & Usage Rights
When you purchase a product, you are acquiring a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use the assets. You are permitted to modify the designs to create finished, printed, or flattened digital end-products for yourself or your direct clients.
Prohibited Uses: You may not, under any circumstances, resell, sub-license, redistribute, share, or offer the source files (e.g., .CDR, .AI, .PSD) to any third party, either for free or for monetary gain.
Intellectual Property
All designs, codebases, graphics, and underlying source files remain the exclusive intellectual property of Great Graaphics. Your purchase grants you a usage license, not ownership of the copyright. We reserve the right to revoke licensing in the event of documented license violations.
Payment & Pricing
All transactions are strictly processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify product pricing, offer promotional discounts, or discontinue products without prior notice. Price modifications will not affect orders that have already been finalized.
Limitation of Liability
Great Graaphics provides all digital files on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities—arising out of the use or inability to use our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The buyer assumes all responsibility for verifying designs prior to print production.
